MediaPower and Visuals Italia Complete Hybrid MAM for MNEO Project

MediaPower has announced the full operational status of a custom “Hybrid” Media Asset Management (MAM) solution for the Italian Museum of Memory (MNEO).

Developed in collaboration with Visuals Italia for end-user Punto DOC, the system serves as a fundamental hub for preserving Italy’s historical testimonies and archives. The architecture features a secure on-premise archive for long-term preservation and a cloud-based “Edge MAM” for content distribution to academic partners.

Although implemented in 2025, the platform is being officially presented today now that it is fully populated with precious historical content.
This project highlights a successful bridge between cultural conservation and modern digital accessibility for researchers and students.
